These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Lighting and Mains Power Solutions Ltd, trading as LAMPS – The electrical wholesaler (“LAMPS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Website

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

We supply electrical, EV charging and solar equipment. We supply products only. Any installation services offered are carried out by independent third-party installers and are not part of the sales contract with us.

Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance only. Specifications may vary slightly from the actual product supplied.

4. Pricing

• All prices are shown in GBP.
• Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Orders

An order placed on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including but not limited to:

• Stock availability issues
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect customer information

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout unless a credit account has been approved.

We use secure third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

6.1 Trade Credit Accounts

Approved trade customers may be offered credit facilities subject to separate credit account terms and limits. We reserve the right to withdraw credit at any time.

7. Delivery

• We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk passes to the customer on delivery.
• Ownership of goods transfers once payment is received in full.

8. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer (not purchasing in the course of business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.

9. Returns

• Non-faulty items may be returned within 30 days subject to approval.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Special-order or customised items are non-returnable.
• A restocking or handling charge may apply.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless goods are faulty.

10. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law. Faults may need to be verified by the manufacturer.

11. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Installation Services

Where we refer customers to installers, those services are provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for installation work carried out by third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
