Local deliveries are handled by our branch teams, each with their own van, alongside nationwide courier delivery where needed.
Lead times & cut‑off times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after our warehouse cut‑off will be processed on the next working day.
- Same‑day dispatch on stocked items ordered before our cut‑off, where services allow
- Back‑order items will be clearly flagged with estimated lead times
- For urgent projects, please contact the team and we’ll do our best to help

If your project has a fixed install date, get in touch before placing your order so we can confirm stock and the most suitable service.
Talk to the teamFailed deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to access or nobody being available to receive the goods, the carrier may apply re‑delivery or storage charges. We’ll always discuss options with you first.
Damages & discrepancies
Please check deliveries on arrival and report any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork. Any damages or shortages should be reported to LAMPS within 48 hours of delivery.
